Holy Matcha San Diego // The Most Instagrammable Restaurant

Whenever traveling for the blog, we always try to incorporate a fun meal in the middle of the day. Not only is the high-noon sun not conducive for taking quality outdoor photos, but a great lunch always ends up being something fun to look forward to after an early morning. Case in point, Holy Matcha San Diego.

On our recent trip to San Diego, we started the day with a great cup of coffee and then spent the morning in La Jolla (more details here). By the time lunch rolled around, we knew that Holy Matcha San Diego would be the perfect spot. The drinks and light bites were the ideal fuel before an afternoon of exploring the North Park neighborhood. Beyond that, Holy Matcha San Diego is literally one of the most Instagrammable restaurants I’ve every seen! The drinks and food are as delicious as they are adorable (still dreaming of the donuts). The only thing cuter is the décor – millennial pink and palm print wallpaper for the win! While we were there, I struck up a conversation with a woman sitting next to us (a law professor), and she even recommended a cute mural nearby. Best of all, Geraldine (the owner), was there when we stopped in, and she was so lovely!

This place is adorable! It’s crazy how many interiors I’ve seen with millennial pink + palm print together, yet I never get tired of the combo! Saving this to my interior inspo folder!

    Thanks for sharing!
