While I’m always on the lookout for a great party dress, this time of year definitely requires something extra special! Between holiday gatherings, winter weddings, and New Year’s Eve, there are so many amazing opportunities to invest in a new outfit. Today’s look combines all of my most favorite trends: off the shoulder, bell sleeves, velvet, and statement earrings! Beyond that, cobalt blue is one of my all time favorite colors. I find that it’s a surprisingly difficult hue to find (seriously!), so when I stumbled across this dress from Nordstrom, I had to have it! In fact, I literally bought it within minutes.
