Pink Floral Print Tie Front Maxi Dress and Cult Gaia Dome Bag

Jennifer Lake Cult Gaia Dome Bag

Hope you’ve been having a great week! Our Mexico trip has been amazing, and I am so happy that the weather has been agreeable. June tends to be a rainy month for this part of the country, so I am glad we’ve avoided any major inclement weather (so far)! See more of the fun on Instagram Stories. As I mentioned before, I brought along my new favorite Cult Gaia Dome bag for the trip, and I am so glad I did. See more of it in the post below! It’s seriously the perfect summer bag. Also, on a side note, I tend to get a lot of questions about how I carry things in this style of bag, since the design creates a lot of open spaces. Although it seems like everything would fall out, that’s really not the case. All of the necessities (phone, wallet, keys, makeup) do just fine. Plus, I tend to keep a small cloth dustbag on the inside, in case I need to bring something very tiny like eyeliner or loose business cards.

The maxi dress in today’s post is one of my favorite styles. I brought the same dress in light blue to Portugal last year, and it was such an easy-breezy option for the summer weather in Lisbon. See more of those pics here! When I first saw this blooming peony print, I immediately fell in love! I also found the same print in a sleeveless maxi length, an asymmetrical ruffle sleeve midi, and as culottes – obsessed!
