Styling a Kimono Top in Brooklyn

Jennifer Lake Stuart Weitzman Nudistsong

Happy Monday! Today is my last full day abroad before flying home from Dubai. Although I wish I would have had more time to explore and sightsee, I cannot wait to be back home in Chicago. I haven’t slept in my own bed for twelve days, and I’m definitely ready to get back to my normal routine! Today’s post is from our last trip to New York. My friend Grace’s post totally convinced me to get this F.R.S. For Restless Sleepers kimono top. I love both the drapey fit and super soft silk fabric; definitely a piece that can be worn again and again. This one sold out super-quickly, but when I saw some affordable versions online (here + here), I thought I’d share these pics from our Brooklyn weekend. I originally bought the matching pants as well, but the head-to-toe print ended up being a bit overwhelming… even for me, lol!
