Navy and White Lace Dress at the Palm Springs Pink Door

Palm Springs Pink Door

Happy Sunday! Hope your day is off to a great start! After two days in Las Vegas with my dad, I flew out to California for the weekend. Bob flew out from Chicago on Friday night, and our two flights landed almost simultaneously – I love when all of the logistics go as planned! After grabbing a rental car, we drove to Palm Springs for a couple of days. Back in the summer of 2015, we did a full California road trip, including San Francisco, Napa, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, and Palm Springs. Given the timing, the weather in Palm Springs was scorching hot, so it’s so wonderful to be back here while the temps are in the 70s!

Yesterday, we took some photographs for the blog and enjoyed brunch at Azúcar and then dinner at Draughtsman. If you’re ever in Palm Springs, be sure to add both to your list! Today, we’re going to relax a bit at the hotel, and then meet up with Kelly and her husband, Fred. They recently moved, and their home was featured during Modernism Week, and I cannot wait to see it in person!

Today’s post features the iconic Palm Springs pink door. Honestly, how can you make the trip out here and not at least drive by this gorgeous home?!?
