A few years ago, Bob and I had the opportunity to drive through Louisville, Kentucky. Frankly, our visit wasn’t long enough. We spent a few hours checking out some of the restaurants and also touring some of the street hour. Therefore, today, I wanted to share the best Louisville Kentucky mural that we came across during our visit.

Best Louisville Kentucky Mural
As I’ve mentioned in the past, murals and street art come and go. I can’t guarantee this mural is still up nor looks like the quality you see in these photos. Often, street art gets tagged, has cars parked in front of it, colors fade.. you get the picture.
However, I can truly attest to the fact that this was the best Louisville Kentucky mural. Also, that’s saying a lot because Louisville has some fantastic street art and colorful walls – especially in the Shelby Park neighborhood.
Access Ventures, an investment group, commissioned local artist Gibbs Rounsavall to create “Sunshine & Shadows” mural. The mural is located on the Shelby Street side of the building. Gibss did a phenomenal job with the design, and it’s located at 741 E. Oak St. in Shelby Park.

Since the beginning of Style Charade, I’ve loved creating content where personal style and street art blend. This dress was the perfect complement to the pastel paint colors of the mural. The floral pattern and print is beautiful, and the fabric has a durable quality to it.
