When I started my career, I struggled to find workwear that felt like me. Like really me. From oversized blazers to tight dresses, everything felt either too matronly or too young. Nothing ever felt like it matched my age much less my personal style. In fact, it’s one of many reasons why I’m featuring today’s Milly Peplum Top.

Sure, the color block hues are right up my alley. But Milly will always remind me of my professional journey to date. Over the years, they’ve become a go-to brand for special occasions, everyday situations, but also – work. Listen, Milly isn’t necessarily known as a workwear brand. However, early in my career and now, Milly has been a constant source of inspiration and solutions for meetings and conferences.

Today’s Milly Peplum Top is just the best. The moment I saw it? SOLD. The orange, red, and pink color combination are phenomenal. Plus, these orange pants are extremely comfortable. They have a stretchy waist. Plus, they’re a cropped length so that you can show off your shoes.
