There’s something special about sparkly holiday outfits. I’ve always been a sucker for things that sparkle and shine, from sequin details to rhinestones, small embellishments or gorgeous gemstones. Bring on the glow, you know?
Since I was a child, I loved any fabrics that captured light. Adding elements of shine creates memorable style moments – especially when done in thoughtful doses.
Today, I wanted to share three sparkly holiday outfits that I’m loving right now. They’re exceptional options for special occasions, office parties, date nights, New Year’s Eve, and beyond. Best of all, I truly believe you will have these items in your closet forever. Nothing is time stamped or overly trendy – just classically beautiful.
Sparkly Holiday Outfits
To kick things off, let’s talk about this gorgeous embellished sequin skirt (also love this version) paired with this blue button-down shirt. So fun, right? I love pairing silver sequins with light blue – feels fresh and effortless. Additionally, I paired it with my new silver clutch that’s going to be used on repeat. Last month, I purchased it after searching for the perfect silver bag for years (yes, YEARS). One of my favorite investments so far!
The Perfect Sequin Holiday Dress
No sequin outfit round-up is complete without talking about my Sail to Sable x Style Charade Holiday Collection. While I’m biased, I truly think our Charlotte Sequin Dress and Hudson Sequin Dress are the best sparkly options for the season. We specifically designed them to be the ultimate sequin dresses. Both styles are fully lined, so they’re incredibly comfortable to wear on the body.
Plus, both silhouettes are flowy and comfortable – nothing restrictive or too tight. Today, I’m excited to share the beauty and versatility of our Hudson Sequin Dress. First, I LOVE the ruffle sleeve detail; feminine and chic! It’s easy to style with a blazer, cardigan, and other layers to stay warm throughout the evening.
We also deliberately designed the dress to have pockets to easily place small items like lip gloss or your phone. Pockets are very underrated, especially when it comes to holiday dresses.
I also styled it with this gorgeous bag by Khoi, an incredible brand by my friend, Hayet. Her pieces are truly fantastic – very sculptural and almost architectural in ways. Pink Sequins
At first glance, this looks like just a beautiful pink sequin dress. However, it’s actually a ROMPER. In many ways, it even looks like a separate top and skirt. Love that! The brand sells it in sizes XS to XL, and I find it to fit true to size.
One fun tip: it can also be worn backwards for a v-neck version, making the pink dress even more versatile.
