Last week, I made the case for the J Crew Fall 2020 collection (read the post here). It’s full of classic pieces and colors galore. From striped sequins to colorful coats, bow blouses and more, it’s just so good! For many shoppers, it’s especially exciting to see, knowing that the company’s recent rough patch. We’ve all had a dicey 2020 (an understatement to say the least), so seeing J Crew work to come through the other side gives me that much more hope for the rest of us!

Imagine my elation when a leaf-adorned gift box arrived on my doorstep last week. Inside, I discovered this chic gifted fall outfit from the company’s NYC offices. The package also included this black hat and the MOST comfortable flats I’ve worn in years. It was a sweet gesture from a brand I’ve loved for what feels like forever and have had the pleasure to work with since the early days of Style Charade. Cheers to the season ahead!
