When I found out that I needed to be in Toronto just before my trip to Dubai and the Maldives, I decided to reroute my flights in order to fly out of Toronto instead of Chicago. As opposed to heading home only to turn around and head back to the airport in a day’s time, it made more sense to just stay put in Canada for an additional 36 hours. Best of all, Bob was able to fly in and meet me. Moreover, the weather was gorgeous, so we made sure to explore the city! The “Call for Champagne” neon sign in today’s post was such a fun find. It totally reminds me of the sign at The Hampton Social in Chicago. I previously shared that one in my Most Instagrammable Chicago Spots here. Beyond wandering the city, we were able to grab drinks with Maya and Tom on Friday. They are in town as well, and we were able to check out the rooftop bar of The Drake Hotel – such a fun spot! Stay tuned for more from our Toronto weekend!
