New to the EVEREVE brand? If so, I’m excited to share my comprehensive EVEREVE review with candid thoughts about the in-store experience, online offerings, and product selection. Like me, you may be relatively new to the EVEREVE brand and wondering what the company is about and what brands they offer. Today, I’m sharing more info about what you can expect from the in-person and online shopping experience with the company.

After visiting their Chicago store on Southport, I can honestly say I’m impressed with their curated apparel and accessories from some of the hottest brands (along with their own too). Moreover, they’re a Midwest-based brand, which also makes me happy (but more on that later).

EVEREVE Review

About a month ago, the team at EVEREVE reached out to see if I’d be interested in stopping by the Chicago store to check it out. Plus, I kept mixing up the company name with Everlane (two separate entities, mind you). But trust me – once you see the websites, visit a store, or simply shop their styles, it’s easy to differentiate the two. 🙂

So what are my thoughts for this EVEREVE review? I’m impressed.

The company has struck a unique balance of feeling like a small, independent boutique with the product offerings of a large global-like brand. In large part, it has to do with the fantastic price points, curated group of brands, and unique styles.

In fact, most items that I found in-store were around the $100 – $150 mark. Frankly, I don’t see many stores with that amount of inventory at that price point. Typically, stores are either fast fashion (under $100), more elevated contemporary ($300-$500) or luxe/designer ($800+). Sure, EVEREVE has items in the $200-$350 range, but I seriously found most items to be around $100.

They also strike a good balance of casual and more dressy pieces. In my humble opinion, they especially shine with the more casual styles, like denim, tops, sweaters, shorts, and pants. I seriously loved every single pair of denim and top that I tried on (especially from this brand). Also, their team told me they can’t restock these denim shorts fast enough. They are extremely popular.

I also love the company gets new products in every single day, so the inventory always feels fresh and different when you visit. If you’re an online shopper, their e-commerce site is also easy to navigate and the selection is vast and wide. The best of both worlds.

Company Overview

EVEREVE’s brand promise is simple – To inspire women to keep moving forward – in their fashion and in their lives. Love that! Also, the company caters to women of all ages (based on this Inc. article, their core customers are ages 22-55).

The company was founded in 2004 by a woman named Megan Tamte. Prior to launching the company, she focused on product selection first and finding brands that inspire confidence in women. Her and her husband Mike opened their first store in Edina, Minnesota and have since expanded to open 100+ national boutiques.

After doing more research, I also found out that the company is rooted in core values that matter a lot to me, including a commitment to creating real relationships rooted in authenticity and empathy.

I could sense that brand ethos throughout my shopping experience at the Southport store in Chicago. Their team had pulled styles for me based on a style questionnaire they sent, and whenever an item didn’t work, they were extremely kind and compassionate about my feedback. Also, if they didn’t have my size of something in store, they immediately offered to ship it to my place and felt bad for not having it available. They didn’t try to push a new size on me or a new style – they just offered to get me exactly what I wanted in a quick, efficient manner.

What Did EVEREVE Used to Be Called?

So EVEREVE wasn’t always called EVEREVE. Funny enough, Bob was the one who pointed that fact out to me, lol. We were driving over the boutique, and he turned to me and said, “I swear I read an article years ago about this company rebranding to a different name.” He was right (he has an insanely good memory).

He was referring to this article. Coming from a PR/marketing background, I loved learning more about their rebranding from Hot Mama to EVEREVE. What a departure, my goodness! One of my favorite parts of the story talked about how they decided to incorporate Eve, the Hebrew word for life, because it had a feminine ring to it. Megan, the co-founder, stated it’s about “a woman who is modern and living in the present.” So good!

EVEREVE Tops

Okay, so where should you start? Beyond denim, I recommend starting with their tops – from sweaters to t-shirts, tank tops to cardigans and everything in between. My personal fave is the EVEREVE Yara Strong Shoulder Tank Top as seen below (only $88.20). It’s versatile and easy to layer under jackets, blazers or worn alone.

I also really love the EVEREVE Tatum Cardigan ($98), Design History Reagan Striped Tank ($88), Faherty Desmond Top ($98), and BB Dakota Seas the Day Top ($69).

EVEREVE Dresses

While the company offers exceptional casual pieces, don’t overlook the dresses, friends – especially this Audrey Mini Dress. It was the first thing I tried on at the store (and the first thing to go straight to the cash register for my shopping bag). Cleobella is a newer brand to EVEREVE, and I can tell it’s going to be around for a while. While a higher price point than other items, the quality is exceptional.

I also adore this ethereal white maxi dress (only $128), which is perfect for summer. It’s easy to pack in a suitcase for vacation or to dress up for special occasions or date night. Best of all, the price! So good.

EVEREVE Review: Brands They Carry

EVEREVE carries a solid mix of brands, including popular ones like 7 for All Mankind, AGOLDE, BLANKNYC, Marc Fisher (I mean how cute are these pink sandals?!), Sam Edelman, and Rails. They also have their own brand, EVEREVE, which I highly recommend checking out. You won’t be disappointed!

At the same time, they also have more emerging labels like John + Jenn, Chaser, and Allison Joy. It’s a healthy mix of well-known and up and coming brands, which I love.

EVEREVE Store Locator

While EVEREVE is currently in 30 states with 100+ retail stores, they are still growing and expanding around the country. To find an EVEREVE store that’s nearest to you, visit their Store Locator on their website. Also, keep in mind their e-commerce site has the most amount of sizes and inventory, so don’t be afraid to simply shop online too!

Size Guide

Since EVEREVE carries a variety of different brands, it’s helpful to visit their website to check out their fit tips for each individual style. For example, I saw this Michael Stars top online before going in store, and I triple checked the product page prior to going in store to make sure that I got the right size. Super helpful.

Return Policy

Sometimes items don’t always work out, and I love that EVEREVE has a solid return policy. Basically, any purchases should be returned within 30 days (unworn with tags attached and receipt/packing slip included). See their full return and shipping policy here.
