When we were in New York for the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic, we made sure to carve out a little time for a few photos. Granted, waking up the morning after a full day of champagne, polo, and spending time with friends was no task to say the least – lol! Since our hotel was downtown, we made a point to head to the Lower East Side, the Bowery, Soho, and the East Village for brunch and photos. I’ve found that these neighborhoods have the most colorful corners in the city and some of the most delicious restaurants. This “New York” graphic mural is relatively new – I love the pinkish red and light blue color combo! I’ve included more details about the wall at the bottom of the post.
The summer dress I wore combines two of my favorite elements: stripes and a fit and flare shape. Best of all, the fabric is super lightweight; perfect for warmer weather! I paired it with a Mark Cross Murphy bag in crisp white (even cuter in person}, and my go-to Loeffler Randall mules (I size up by .5 for this style). I’ve long thought a white bag is one of the most surprisingly practical investments as the color matches everything! The Mark Cross Murphy bag is available in three different sizes, and the quality is absolute perfection!
Hope you have a wonderful Thursday ahead. Hang in there, it’s almost the weekend!
