Friends, let’s talk about the fashion brand, MDS Stripes. It may be one of my favorite collections of the moment. In fact, I wore this gorgeous floral midi skirt on my recent trip to Hilton Sandestin, and it was easily one of the best things I packed. I also loved wearing their Everything Scarf and Signature Bag in San Francisco. Their pieces just make me happy (and I love they’re so colorful). Therefore, when I saw MDS Stripes Rainbow Stripe Skirt online? I had to have it for our trip to Paris!
One of my other favorite MDS Stripes looks on the blog? This gorgeous ruffle stripe dress. To this day, I get so many compliments whenever I wear it.
ABOUT MDS STRIPES
Mark D. Sikes is the founder and head designer of MDS Stripes, a colorful and bold American sportswear collection for women.
All of his designs are made from 100% cotton in California, and take a modern and unique twist of the traditional stripe. I love the collection is made in the USA, and has a sort of timeless preppy quality to it. Now, not all of his pieces are just stripes. He also features solid hues like yellow, pink and even fun options in eyelet (like this gorgeous dress).
INTERIOR DESIGN TOO?
Yes, if fashion design wasn’t enough, Mark is also a successful interior designer. If you get the chance, take a look at his interior design portfolio online.
In fact, do you recall I the hotel I stayed at in Palm Springs called Holiday House? He designed all of the interiors for the rooms, the hotel lobby and bar and pool area. If you’re planning a trip to Palm Springs, I highly recommend a stay there! The hotel is PERFECT.
THE RAINBOW PRINT
Okay, so this Rainbow Stripe print is omnipresent in their spring 2018 collection. You’ll also find the haute hues featured on their Multi Stripe Tiered Cami Dress and the Multi Stripe Sleeveless Shirtdress. Both pieces are perfect for spring. They also transformed the Everyday Scarf from the beautiful blue version into this marvelous multicolor creation.
