Everything You Need to Know about the Style Charade Summer 2024 Collection

As the weather starts to heat up and hemlines rise, I’m delighted to share your first preview of the Sail to Sable x Style Charade Summer 2024 collection. Whether seeking dressy or more casual vacation options, I designed each piece to solve all of your summer style needs.

I’m truly shocked that the launch is (nearly) here! Especially since this marks my 13th season with the brand. Gah! Can you believe it? You may assume that by now, I’m used to these launches. Friends – I’m not, lol. Every single time feels like the first – the nerves, the excitement, and hope that you adore the styles as much as we do. Plus, as a major Swiftie, it would be remiss of me not to say that the 13 feels extra special. 🙂

So what can you expect this season – price points, launch date, and beyond? Today, I’m sharing all of the must-know information to shop the capsule. Also, thank you from the absolute bottom of my heart for your continued support. It’s never lost on me how incredibly lucky I am to design items for (and with) a phenomenal brand. I’m forever grateful to you for your support.

Style Charade Summer 2024 Collection

The first collection I ever designed with Sail to Sable was Summer 2020. Since then, my affinity only grows more for creating styles for warmer weather. This year, we’re trying several new colors and combinations, along with bringing back a bestseller that we couldn’t keep in-stock.

Overall, the capsule collection includes six total styles. This includes two maxi dresses and four shorter dresses (after all, it is summer!). I wanted to offer a mix of lighter fabrics, patterns, prints, and solids.

Ultimately, each statement-making piece will be conversation starters (I promise!). I wore the collection around Charleston during our recent trip, and people kept stopping me and complimenting my outfits. It felt so good! In fact, it became such a thing that Bob told me we need to start bringing business cards with a QR code on the back to the collection. A tempting idea! 🙂

When is the Style Charade Summer 2024 Launch?

What are the Sizes?

Each piece will be available in sizes XXS to XXXL. I’ll include fit notes below to each style, and happy to answer any questions you may have.

Grace Dress in Navy and White

Remember the Grace Dress from the spring capsule? You all made it loud and clear this style and silhouette is meant to stay! Therefore, this season, I designed it in navy blue and white – the perfect combination. The summer Grace Dress is extremely versatile. It’s fully lined, has pockets, and a removable white collar.

Looking to dress it up? Add gold heels to bring out the metallic of the buttons. Add gold statement earrings and a cute clutch, and you’re set. Perfect for special occasions.

At the same time, it’s easy to dress down for more casual affairs. I’ve worn it with white sneakers, flat sandals, and/or my go-to espadrilles. Another quick styling tip – layer a sweater or cardigan over your shoulders – especially if you will be in environments with different temperates. If you’re like me, one minute I’m outside and feeling hot, and the next I’m in a restaurant or flight with the air conditioning blasting. Helpful to have an added layer!

In terns of fit – if you are between sizes, I’d recommend sizing down one size. The Sail to Sable x Style Charade Summer 2024 Grace Dress retails for $288.

Ava Seersucker Maxi Dress

Where do I start with this style? Good gracious, how I love it. Meet the Ava Seersucker Maxi Dress featuring the most perfect blue and white seersucker fabric and navy ric rac detail. In true Style Charade form, the dress is fully lined, has pockets, a sturdy gold zipper in the back, and a bow tie waist to add even more structure to the dress.

Regarding Ava, don’t forget it features a slightly deeper v-neck than most of our styles. It’s SO flattering, but it often requires a different bra style. Keep in mind, several people choose to wear bodysuits and/or tank tops underneath it as well. In general, I recommend this bra tape or this adhesive bra style. They work like a charm and they’re not visible.

Charlotte Eyelet Dress

Phew! It’s no secret that the Charlotte is one of our bestselling (and most iconic) styles. After releasing it as a part of our first capsule, it’s remained in our collection ever since. It’s gained a cult classic in my ways! Love that so many of you collect Charlottes!

There’s just something so special about the fit and look on every single person who wears it. This season, we’re bringing back one of our most requested versions of the Charlotte – this hydrangea blue and white eyelet style. It’s SO good. We couldn’t keep it in stock last time, so if you have your eye on it, I’d recommend you picking it up this season.

If you’re between sizes, I’d recommend sizing down in Charlotte. I personally find it to fit true to size.

Ella Hydrangea Blue Ric Rac Dress

Speaking of another superstar style that knocked us off our feet – the Ella Dress. This summer, I designed it in one of my favorite colors of all time – hydrangea blue. Additionally, the dress features white ric rac detail. The cotton poplin style is fully lined, has pockets, belt hooks and a removable rattan buckle belt.

Megan Maxi Dress

Good gracious, I love this style. The navy, the white ric rac, oh my! During our planning, I specifically wanted to design a piece that’s a “throw on and go” type of dress. The Megan Maxi Dress is it.

In fact, I’ve packed this dress for numerous trips, and it rarely ever wrinkles. Love that! Friends, I can literally pull it from my luggage and change into it for dinner the moment that I get to my hotel. So good!

Also, this is not your average ric rac dress whatsoever – very next level preppy meets coastal vibes. The fabric is INCREDIBLE and super luxe. It’s so soft, and the dress is fully lined and features pockets.

If between sizes, I’d recommend sizing down in the Megan Maxi Dress.

Ella Eyelet Pink

Some dresses are love at first sight. This one is it for me (and you too!). The Ella silhouette was SO popular in our spring 2024 collection that I chose to design a new iteration in pink eyelet. The fabric is SO good, and just adds the perfect pop of pink.

Plus, it’s easy to style in countless ways – wear it hanging out with friends, out for date night, or even a summer wedding. So many options, truly!
