Cheers to the weekend, friends! Needless to say, we’ll be spending the weekend at home. We’ve officially passed day 50 of social distancing, and we’ve used our kitchen more in these almost-two months than in the previous year we’ve lived here, lol. As I’ve shared before, we’ve loved trying out so many different recipes from friends and loved ones. On Saturday, we plan to give my uncle’s famous grilled salmon a try (complete with mirin, shoyu, and sesame oil – yum!). What do you have planned?
