If you’ve read Style Charade for a while, you know I love Hampden Clothing in Charleston. I first visited the store a decade ago on my very first trip to the city, and I’ve adored them ever since. They carry the loveliest pieces, case in point: this Emilia Wickstead floral midi dress. Moreover, the inimitable owner, Stacy, has such an amazing eye for brands and trends. Her extensive travels and attendance at pretty much every fashion week around the world gives her unique insights into upcoming trends.
I paired this chic dress with my classic Mark Cross “Grace” bag. The style is named after Grace Kelly; she wore a larger Mark Cross of a similar shape in the classic Alfred Hitchcock film, “Rear Window.” Naturally, the “Grace” bag is among the brand’s most popular. Additionally, I added these deep coral sandals by Mercedes Castillo. The brand is known for their beautiful, architectural shoes and accessories. These “Oraley” sandals are no exception!
