Move over Devil Wears Prada 2: this is the actual fashion event of the season. You know, those kind of moments that make you pause mid-scroll, open three tabs, and mentally reorganize your closet. Enter the Frances Valentine Atlantic Pacific limited-edition collection. Described as maximalist style paired with nostalgic silhouettes and sparkling embellishments, it’s a launch worth shopping.
If you’ve followed Blair Eadie of Atlantic-Pacific for any amount of time, you already know: color is her love language. She has this uncanny ability to mix bold hues, playful patterns, and vintage-inspired silhouettes in a way that feels both aspirational and approachable. Pair that sensibility with Frances Valentine’s joyful, heritage-driven aesthetic, and you get a collection that feels like the ultimate dose of dopamine.
Over the years, Blair has co-created several iconic collaborations including her launch with Nordstrom and with Tuckernuck, among others. It’s amazing how each capsule gets better and better!

Why the Frances Valentine Atlantic Pacific Collection Feels So Special
Every single piece in the Frances Valentine Atlantic Pacific limited-edition collection is incredibly thoughtful. After all, the pieces are a technicolor dream, ranging from sequins to bold patterns, scallop details and beyond.

Frances Valentine, co-founded by Elyce Arons and the late Kate Spade, has always leaned into optimism. Think: bold prints, polished silhouettes, and pieces that make getting dressed feel like an occasion. Blair brings that same spirit but filters it through her signature lens—structured, feminine, and delightfully unexpected.
The result? A collection that celebrates individuality without sacrificing wearability.
The Sequin Swing Coat
The Sequin Swing Coat is, quite simply, the star of the show. It’s no wonder it’s already sold out (although I imagine they’ll consider doing a restock due to demand).

Beyond the gorgeous pattern, the rainbow sequin style is dramatic without being overwhelming. In so many ways, it’s fun without tipping too much into costume, you know? The silhouette has that classic swing shape – almost slightly retro. Best of all, it’s incredibly flattering and easy to throw over anything.

But the real magic is in the fabric. A rainbow check pattern layered with sequins? It sounds bold—and it is—but it works. It catches the light in the most beautiful way, turning even the most ordinary sidewalk into a runway moment.
This is the kind of coat that does the talking for you.
Lilly Shift Dress
Next up is the Frances Valentine Atlantic Pacific Lilly Shift Dress in rainbow check brings balance. It mirrors the coat’s pattern but in a more subdued, structured way. The shift silhouette is clean and classic, which keeps the overall look from feeling too busy.

It’s also incredibly versatile. You could wear it on its own with flats for brunch. Or layer it, like here, for a more elevated moment. That’s something I appreciate about the Frances Valentine Atlantic Pacific collection—it’s playful, but it’s also practical.

E/W Tote Raffia
Every outfit needs an incredible bag. Thankfully, Elyce, Blair, and the FV team included a few lovely options for their launch. My favorite? The E/W Tote in Raffia. My version is trimmed in navy faux croc leather and is truly the perfect size for everyday. It’s also available with a chartreuse trim, and both versions feature a joyful multicolor lining on the interior. The collection also features an amazing oversized croc-embossed leather clutch.

In Closing
The FVxAP collection is joyful. It’s polished. It’s a reminder that fashion can be fun without losing its sophistication. And in a world where getting dressed can sometimes feel routine, that kind of energy is refreshing.
Would I wear a rainbow sequin coat and matching dress to grab coffee? Maybe not every day. But would I wear it when I want to feel like my most vibrant, confident self?
Absolutely.
