Since the launch of the H&M x Simone Rocha collection release, I’ve been waiting for the brand to make their next big move. Today, they dropped more pieces from their gorgeous H&M spring handpainted floral collection. From these photos, these are styles you’ll definitely want to get your hands on. Everything is GORGEOUS!
Overall, the prints are inspired by meadows, nature, and the diversity and freedom that nature represents. Love that!
H&M Handpainted Floral Collection
The gorgeous patterns were designed by H&M’s in-house print team, including Abigail Morris, Kavita Ravaliya, Holly Watts, and Florentin Bodet. In fact, the trio literally wandered through meadows to pick wildflowers to inspire their floral paintings.
Furthermore, the styles are 100% organic cotton and linen. Overall, you’ll find a curated mix of darling dresses and matching tops, along with ethereal skirts. Every style feels feminine and refined. At the same time, the silhouettes are more voluminous, which will make everything extremely comfortable to wear.
Overall, I can’t wait to shop this beautiful capsule collection. H&M offers a range of different styles, but I especially love the more feminine, voluminous dresses and tops. The floral handpainted collection has really unique silhouettes, too. Think smocking, petal-like wraparound details and balloon sleeves. Also, several of the pieces have elasticated waistbands. Bring on the comfort details, right? Lastly, I’m a huge fan of the pastel color palette or mint green and soft yellows. In addition to the clothing, be sure to check out the accessories as well. There’s a straw hat and silk floral print scarf.
Collection Size Guide
Prior to shopping the collection, be sure to checkout H&M’s size guide on their website. Overall, I’ve found their pieces to fit true to size. However, it’s incredibly helpful to triple confirm prior to purchasing anything. Their website’s Size Guide has you fill out your height, weight and age in order to find your size.
Why do they ask your ask? The site explains, “your age impacts the way your weight is distributed in your body. Therefore, knowing your age helps them pick the best size for you.” Who knew?
