Lately, life has felt cluttered with lists – to-do lists, bucket lists, client lists, goals lists, packing lists, grocery lists, shopping lists… even this “list” is an actual list. It’s never ending. Confession – I suck at real estate. Clearly it’s not my full-time job nor am I am a licensed broker. But in my “dream” scenario, I’m wheeling and dealing with the likes of Josh Flagg and Tracy Tudor. The offers, the contingencies, the negotiations – oh my! 🙂 But no, that’s not my actual reality.
Alright, I have a confession. I am a crazy Internet researcher. Yep, I’m that obsessive friend who Googles no less than 20 articles before adding anything to my cart. Case in point? Trying to find the best under counter wine fridge for our kitchen.
Lately, several friends have asked if there’s been an exodus in Chicago. “Is it really true about what’s happening in Chicago?” “Is everyone really leaving? Simply put, yes – there’s been an Illinois exodus. However, Chicago itself has actually grown.
I hate going to the dentist. Like… palms sweaty, knees weak, mom’s spaghetti-type of hate (lol). Granted, that’s true of really any doctor appointment. But I digress…While my deep hatred of all things dental has been a deterrent in the past, I’ve wanted to straighten my teeth for some time. Therefore, I’ve chosen to invest in Invisalign (well, technically SmileCycle… but more on that later). Today, I wanted to dive into why I chose that method, the process and the best Invisalign treatment advice I’ve received to date.
Today, I’m excited to share some of our top Amazon purchases so far this year. Prior to 2020, I wasn’t a big Amazon gal (seriously). Yes, Amazon is taking over the world and making things more convenient for consumers along the way. But frankly, I didn’t rely on Prime since I was working and traveling so much. While a fabulous option, I was always on the road and never had a “I need… insert item” right now type of situation.
Anyone else feeling that end of summer slump? Not “slump” in terms of being lazy. Quite the opposite actually! For me, work, travel, and life have been at a Mario Andretti-like pace. It’s not about acting sluggish, it’s about feeling sluggish.Are you experiencing the same thing?
