I love London. It’s such a wonderful city to visit with so many darling neighborhoods. While we were there, we made a point to venture to Primrose Hill. It’s a quiet area of the city that’s chock full of cute homes and colorful corners. I had brought this Tory Burch color block quilted skirt thinking it would be the perfect item for this little rainbow row of residences. I paired it with my oversized pink sweater (so comfy on a chilly day) and a couple Tory Burch accessories.

After taking a handful of pics, we were eager to grab a pint and a sandwich at the nearby pub. Before walking there, I said to Bob that we should venture into the little park across from these homes for a few final photos. It was blanketed with freshly fallen yellow leaves, and there was a cute park bench on the other side of a fence. Even though the ground was damp from the morning rain, it was too adorable to pass up. To our surprise, we had an unexpected greeting (scroll down to see the pics…)

Jennifer Lake Cat London

A neighborhood cat took the time to greet us! While we were there, the park was full of families and children playing. For some reason, as soon as we walked to the bench, this adorable kitty sauntered directly towards us. When I took a seat, the cat decided my quilted skirt was the perfect spot to rest. Given it’s wet paws, I helped situate the little one next to me instead, and that’s where it stayed for the duration of our photos, lol! Clearly, he (or she) was feeling very camera-ready that morning. It was the cutest little surprise!
