To celebrate the first weekend of spring, we had snow in Chicago. Yes, snow. Seems fitting for the times and how strange the world feels right now. Regardless, I’m putting myself in a sunny mindset and reminiscing of our recent trip to NYC (where we took photos of this floral maxi).

It was great to spend some time in California recently, and it definitely got me excited for warmer temps and sunnier days. For the trip, I brought along this English Factory tiered maxi dress. The breezy style was perfect for the weekend. It’s one of those effortless dresses that you’ll be reaching for over and over again.

To say I was excited to spend a few days in Palm Springs would be an understatement. Last weekend’s trip was the perfect reprieve from the cold and sporadic Chicago weather. Moreover, the California desert has long been one of my favorite places to unwind. When packing for this trip, my new Persifor rainbow Poppy dress was at the top of my list.
