Mac Duggal Navy Sequin Gown

Shop this Mac Duggal navy sequin gown here.

Happy Valentine’s Day! What a WEEK! Do you ever have a full seven days (or more) where it feels like every minute of your day is accounted for? From client calls to agency events, conferences, proposals, and onboarding of new brands, I felt like my workload was just a bit more overwhelming than usual. Trust me, I love my full-time job (as you know), but there are many weeks where I feel like I’m not being as productive as I could be, nor spending enough time with friends, family, or even getting things done for this blog. I’ve been really hard on myself lately – even in the midst of major successes (client wins, awards, etc.). I can’t help but look back and wish I’d done more. But I digress…

Thankfully, we have a three-day weekend ahead, and I’m ready to focus on some more personal stuff. We have a bunch of home projects happening for most of the weekend for our kitchen and living/dining room. Plus, next weekend, we’re heading to Palm Springs for Modernism Week. I’m so excited to photograph a BUNCH of fun outfits, and I’m thrilled about all the great content on the horizon!

Tonight, I’m getting my third round of IPL and fractional nonablative laser treatments with Jessica at Innovative Med Spa. These services are being gifted, but I’m under no obligation to share the process, nor am I being paid to promote her. I genuinely love how my skin is progressing thanks her guidance, and I kick myself for not seeking her out sooner! Once my hyperpigmentation and discoloration is in a better place, we will move on to microneedling in order to help with my texture issues and acne scars. Jessica said this is where I’m going to see MAJOR changes, and I’m so ready for it!

As a reminder, if you are looking for someone in Chicago to help with lasers, Botox, Dysport, and beyond – I highly recommend Jessica. As always, make absolute sure do your research about any medical treatments. I’m definitely not a medical professional; I’m just simply sharing what’s been working for me.

In My Shopping Cart

Ummm, this colorblock dress had me at HELLO. I added this to my cart and checked out at record speed!

The best neutral heel for spring! I got them in the mail this week, and I’ll be wearing them on repeat.

It’s no secret this is one of my go-to dress brands. Loving the floral print!

This is the best full-coverage foundation I’ve tried to date. I also really love “baking” my under eye concealer with this brightening powder. It’s been a game changer!

Now THIS is a jumpsuit I can get behind – how darling is that bow?!

Oh Ferragamo, you just get me. Bring on the stripes!

I’ve been really loving my new Sigma M439 brush to apply liquid foundation.

This was such a popular skirt for so many people when I share it on IG Stories! Relinking it here in case you missed it!
