My Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2020 Shopping Guide

What I'm Buying

Although shopping looks different for all of us this year, there’s always value in taking advantage of a good deal on things you’ll truly use. Today I’m sharing my short yet worthwhile shopping list for the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale.

This Week’s Friday Charades

07.24.2020

Happy Friday, friends! This weekend, we have a lot of decisions to make for the home. Now that the weather has warmed up, we’re trying to focus on the exterior of our home (paint color, trims, lighting and landscaping). It’s been a lot of fun to dream up different color combinations for our porch, front door, etc. There’s so much more to come…

This blue and striped top has been one of the bestselling pieces on the blog! The silhouette is light, airy and perfect for all seasons. I love versatile styles that can take you through multiple seasons. The stripes remind me of our living room (which I love and adore, of course)!

Yellow, It’s Me

Hello sunshine! I have been a fan of this brand for as long as I can remember. This sunny yellow dress is SO. GOOD. The fabric is comfortable, lightweight and positively perfect. See how I styled and paired it with other fabulous accessories!

Stripe it Lucky

One of my dear friend’s from college stayed at our home the past couple nights as she was passing through Chicago. Given that she has summer off, she decided to drive home to the Midwest and spend time with her parents. We spent a ton of time outside on our patio, and it was so good for the soul to chat, laugh, and reminisce with her.

07.03.2020 // Friday Charades

How are you friends? What another wild week, right? We’ve been actively working on updating our home and making the interior design feel as seamless as possible. Growing up, I loved living in a home full of color, prints and patterns. I truly believe you’ll love what you see in the weeks ahead!

Sail to Sable x Style Charade Charlotte Dress

I am beyond excited to share one of six styles from the Sail to Sable x Style Charade capsule collection – the Charlotte dress! How did I come up with the names? Every piece in the collection is named after (or for) a woman who’s inspired me in some way. A few have very unique stories or just a special meaning. This one falls in the latter category.

“Charlotte” happens to be the baby name I’ve had in mind if we ever had a daughter. Have you seen “That One With the Birth” episode of Friends? To summarize, Monica shares her she’s already picked the names of her future children (which is seriously common among so many of friends). Well, “Charlotte” is my “Emma.”
